Decrypter gives me a error when it dycryptes million dollar baby, hostage it says disk shouldnt be css/cppm protected which is strangei dont know what to do right now i use dvd decrypter and use shrink to burn the dish image if any knows what this means plz help peace...
I ripped both of those movies with Decrypter with no trouble. Do you have the most current Decrypter, 3540. Do you have AnyDVD or DVD43 running along with Decrypter?
The only time I've seen that message from Decrypter is if I had AnyDVD running along with Decrypter ripping and then I turn off AnyDVD. Decrypter saw the dvd as css free but then all of a sudden it's protected. Are you using v3540? Do other dvds give you trouble?
knowles, i don't have an answer to your question, but usually DVD Decrypter works fine for me. Until recently, I had my only error, with "Death to Smoochy", and I think it was because the disc was scratched. If I were you, I would try another method, like AnyDVD and CloneDVD or whatever
I discovered some movies dvddecrypter had an error in the middle of decoding (and dvdshrink did too) (Eyes wide shut) so I did an iso image to hard drive and backed up from there, it worked. Also, if the movie plays ok, you can use dvdxcopy (with decrypter), but stop it when it wants to burn the dvd, and encode/burn it from the dvdxcopy files folder. (without fbi warnings and stuff)
