Burning 2 Files On 1 Disc

Hi,
I have a film that I want to burn but it is in two parts, CD1 and CD2. I have successfully joined films like this using VirtualDub previously but am having problems now.

I got this message on my latest project:

Virtualdub error
Cannot append segment "C:\My Films\name of film.xvid.cd2.avi"; The audio streams have different sampling rates(28326.00000 vs. 28415.00000)

Does anyone know if there is a way round this problem?
