I have used paperport along with paint to create a blank ps2 spine and want to put the spine along with the front and back to a game namely growlanser generations to make one complete cover, however i cannot find a program that will let me put them all together. I tried using cover xp but for some reason it just seems to put a completely blank spine on and the ps2 logo is nowhere to be seen. Can someone please help me out.

Why don't you just download the covers and print them on legal paper? That's what I used to do.

I wouldnt put covers on the disk themselves, adds extra wieght to the disc, harder on the laser, least thats what I heard..........
