I've got a raw japanese dvd and ive created a subtitle file which i want to add which can be removable, what is the best way to do it?

and if i cant have it as removable whats the best way to make them burnt in?

You can use SubToSup to convert the subtitle to a format that ifoedit uses. You can then author your DVD using ifoedit.

i made my subs using SSA how do i convert them to IDX so i can use them
