hey guys im new and i need help badly i recently downloaded and installed dvd decrypter from the site it works great except for one problem it saves in another folder even thought before reading the disc i specified it to be saved in a folder on the desktop it happens to save another copy somewhere else so even after deleting the file my hardrive still tells me i have 4 GBs taken now im almost reduced to 5 GB left on my hardrive and i still cant find it to prove u that it might be saved somewhere else everytime i finish buring a disc it says saving and then automatically quits plzz people i need ur help to find where dvd decrypter is storing these files or else my PC is a goner P.S. even if guys cant figure it out tell me if i can use somethin like dvd decypter but dont let it be dvd shrink i got that already i really hope u guys know the sloution,thnx

Are you ripping in file or iso mode? You can try using windows search feature or try the Program Files->DVD Decrypter folder.

You really do not have enough space on your hard drive for successful DVD copying and burning (10 to 12 GB) recommended.

Try doing a Windows search for files/folders with ISO or VOB extensions.

If you have Nortons on your system, make sure you delete the Norton Protected Files from your recycle bin.

hey guys i tried using window search and everything no files found do u guys experience problems like this with DVD Decrypter the first time u used it? plus i dont have norton anymore it expired so i deleted it i herd it might be in some temp folder also im starting to suspect maybe it is deleted and my hardrive is jst stuck on telling me i have 5 GB left and plus like colw said i need 10 to 12 GB but im burnt a dvd jst fine with 9 anyways maybe u guys know thnx anyways

You could try a Window search of your system by file size.

If you have an ISO file, it will be over 4GB in size

If you have VOB files they will be at least 1GB in size and probably have 4 of them.

Make sure you search for hidden files as well.

You may well get away with 9Gb but it stretching your system resources to the limit.

still no use i searched and searched and searched even with the specified space if u guys still didnt figure it out then i jst want any program that can read from a dvd and save the iso images on the pc thats all i need if this works then im fine as for the space ill jst delete some usless programs and i should be back to where i was jst tell me any other program that can jst read and save the dvd iso images on my pc ill jst use Alcohol 120% to burn the image and dont let it be DVD Shrink cause i tried that and it failed to even read the disc in case u havnt noticed im backing up ps2 discs anyways thnx alot hope u guys know an alternative program
