Is there any DVD Burning software that can copy newer movies like Sin City? I have heard that DVDXCOPY GOLD will not work for new movies. Is there a simple software like DVDXCOPY that will work?

nicely done borhan on your recommendations, AnyDVD by slysoft will handle Sin City, i used it with Shrink, no problems at all~

i also suggest AnyDVD with clonedvd2 also by the same company slysoft...it works fast like DVDxCOPY that you are referring to, but that software has been outdated so long ago, it's NO SURPRISE that it can't handle the newer movies.

good luck~ borhan gave you a great start to what you need...

I ripped Sin City without a problem using DVD Shrink. I copied the main movie and only the English AC# soundtrack and it still required about 63% compression but it all fit on a single DVD and plays fine.

Thanks for all your help, but when I rip it to my computer with DVD Decrypter, how do you rip it to a DVD-R? If anyone could give a step by step instructions on how to completly copy a DVD to a DVD-R, that would be great.

I tried decrypter and then shrink but get errors. "Not enough room on disc" but there is more than enough when saving to hard drive.

Any ideas?

Greg

Got it to burn.

If you are having problems, read the step by step instructions on the pdf files located on this site.

Worked for me using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.
