Magic Switch Pro and swap magic3.6

Please help me i am having no luck with swap magic 3.6. I have the ps2 slimline scph-70003 and have installed the magic switch pro. But when i play the dvd swap disk it loads fine but won't load my backup games it just spins with a weird scraping sound like the lens is trying to read it. I am using dvd decrypter and burn at 4x speed. The swap disk cd won't load at all and also makes the weird sound i even tried a replacement sent to me. Could it be i didn't install the magic pro properly? But they all look the way they should, PLEASE help anyone!!!!!

well maybe you installed it wrong making something scratch the disk. try reinstalling if possible

I have removed tool c and now i've found that the noise has stopped and the ps2 now plays the swap magic cdr disk but obviously when i open to swap disks it resets. What does tool c do? Has anyone any advice on how to put something else in the tool c position i don't want to open the ps2 because it is new. Please any help will be very much appreciated because i am new at this!! Thank you
