Hello

I have a version 7 with magic 2 in it
recently it has started playing up,
when i turn it on with a game in it goes to load up the game then flashes quickly to the memory card screen then stright away to the pink screen thats says insert a ps2 game

did it for a while then got we9 to work, since turing it of thought it will not load any games, it plays films still but is very jumpy but to be honest it has always been like that.

Ive managed to get an orignial game to work a few times since aswell
can it be fixed or should i get a newone?

I would check all connections and if it is still acting up, it sounds like your laser is fried. One can be replaced for around $40 and maximum a half hour of your time.

hope i dont kinx it but its running better than ever lol
its always been fussy bout cd games and for a long long time wouldnt read any of em. now they all work fine

my swapmagic and hd advance cd version disks didnt work when i got em, but i traded them for new ones.
