OK im new to this and i read on another thread that when u burn a game and it loads and everything but its black and white and it flashes up and down, its a ntsc /pal problem.

So can someone explain to me what is happening and how to fix it.
Also if this is any help, my PS2 is chipped and i burned using DVD Decrypter at 2x speed.
