I heard someone mentioned v13 PS2. How do you tell v12 and v13 apart ? What is the different ? Any improvment over v12 ? thanks

yes there is a v13 and you tell by the number. 700xx is a v12 and 70001 are v13.

the v13 has a laser fix built in to it and does not come with the modem.

i'm in US too and i'm not sure if you can get it here or not

the serial # is SCPH-70001 , just got one recently myself.
and it actually DOES come with the modem built in
