I couldn't find another reference to this question, but it seems like it would be fairly common.

I have a two-sided disc that I would like to DVD-Shrink to one disc...is this possible?

You can join movies/episodes with Shrink using the re-author mode, however you will loose the menus. Here is a guide for this process
