Burning Movies From Limewire That are Playable in Household DVD

I have a Sony DRX-720UL DVD burner and would like to burn movies that I have downloaded from Limewire but when I try they won't play in the regular DVD player.

what are the file format of the files you have downloaded.Dont tell me but what you need to do is get a converter that with convert them to mpeg2 before you burn them to disc.Then you will be able to play them in a standalone dvd player.

Another tip make sure you use something durable, not like memorex discs.

I have also got movies from limewire and I use vsoDIVX toDVD and then burn with Nero. VSO available at http://download2.vso-software.fr/vsoDivxToDVD_free_setup.exe
and Nero available from their web site or here at A/D, good luck.
