Best converter i've found yet. Since mod closed my thread in Nero cuz it wasn't about nero these forums are exactly the best for finding out where to post things unless you've been here forever.

Anyway download Roxio 7.5 and you'll have only one problem ive found so far which is avioded by redoing things. You might get a error saying can't find the specific folder or something along those lines. This is the only this that i've found to be the best comes out a 9/10 for video in my books dam near closest to dvd i've seen yet. Converts Avi,MPEG and DIVX to dvd.

If this post gets closed for some stupid reason or another i see no point in coming back to this site at all. Only reason i posted is cuz i was getting sick of crappy programs like Nero and trying to spread something good along to ppl here.

Roxio 7.5 needs no direction it's so basic and easy to use a newbie could use it. I've used Nero 6.0,6.3 and the newest 7.0 or whatever there at. I found the graphics less then par and didn't want to keep using it. Everyone time i increased the graphics i didn't have any space left and still got less then par. I used roxio 6.3 last i think it was. I converted and lip sink was always off. Nero has it on but bad graphics. Finally 7.5 Roxio has made it all possible. graphics and Lip sink all in one. Can't go wrong. Pick a movie downloaded off the net and convert it using the Roxio DivX converter and it will go straight to best quality VOB and BUPs then you just click and drag to blank cd and it does the rest. Nero i kept getting errors and it wouldn't even fully convert all the time i would walk away come back and it wouldn't work. This you just walk away and have no fear because it actually works properly without a problem yet. Only thing i had a prob with was i had bad dvd disks but what you expect when u buy a 100 pack for 30$ there's gonna be some duds.

Other than that i can't say much because the things just GREAT! couldn't even believe i would get graphics that good.

I just got a refund on 7.5 because DivX to divd and disk emulator are both freeware. Roxio doesn't support 16:9 aspect ratios and I have an HDTV and its full of more bloat but so is Nero. What i did was load Nero vision express only and Roxio 7 without drag to disc no conflicts and now I have the best of both worlds on one pc. Long time roxio fan best backups and burns with easy navigation is definetly Roxio luck me got Nero 7 beta tester from a friend for vision express but it also comes with a lot of drives as oem and can be purchased cheap on ebay also. Perhaps roxio will add better DivX support and 16:9 in version 8, I hope....niced to find some roxio fans they are few on this site.
