Hi guys

I hope someone can help me here. I have a ps2 v9 with dms4 ezi lite installed. I have a 60Gb maxtor which works perfectly when I use HD advance disc. I recently updated my bios to toxic 1.3 and installed hd explorer 1.3 both appear to be working fine.
I have set my bios to boot to the hard drive which it does loading hd explorer.
My question is this - Should I now be able to power up the ps2 and play games using hd explorer without having to use the hda dvance disc, or am I being completely stupid?

Any help would be appreciated
