It's obvious to me that I need to adjust the laser pots on the backside of the ps2 dvd lens. The problem is that I dont have any sort of voltage meter to test what I am doing so I have to do it blindly unfortunately. What I needed to know is, how many degrees clockwise should I turn the DVD pot each time I want to test a new setting?
