Now, Im not sure if this will work, but ive got to try!

Will it be possible to download Gameshark Lite (or pro), and burn it onto a blank CD or DVD.

Then boot it up on my PS2 using Swap Magic 3.6, and once its booted, insert PS1 backup and start to play?

Hopefully someone will know!

No, unfortunatly, it won't work... however I just recently learned that you can boot a PS1 backup with launch.elf , on the memory card exploit...on a Version 9 PS2 (50001 model #) but swap magic is for PS2 only. Maybe they'll make the next version of swap magic with PS1 support.....
