can you use mds on playstation 2 because i burnt most of my games to my computer with alcohol as .mds format since it only gave me that option does it really matter because i'm waiting on ps3 to come out then i will burn them to disc does it have to be an iso.
i did all my ps1 games the same way or should use DVD Decrypter and
delete about 100gb's worth and do it that way

If im understanding u correctly, u used alchohol to put the game on ur computers hdd as an .mds and an .iso. Well, if u want to play the games, u have to put them on a disk or hook up ur ps2 w/ ur computer and use hdd loader.

Ur post is kind of confusing, give me a lil more info.

mds/mdf can i just burn them both to a dvd to work or does it have to be a iso format so a ps modchip can read it since there are all images or do i get ultra iso and extract the mds to a disc so it would be just the data on the dvd like the master disc.

nevermind i just deleted all my ps2 alcohol images and used DVDDecrypter
