i tried buring my dvd but it has so many scratches! is there a program in which it will not have any errors on reading and writing a disc?

For ripping have you tried decrypter? Try this guide for hard to rip discs:

Imo - No. It DVDD can't do it I don't think anything else can. You can try cleaning the discs in a non circular motion. The was a thread somewhere on here about what people used to clean/buff out their scratches their discs. Can't find it right now though.

Toothpaste will help alleviate some of the scratches. Or just pop into Wal_Mart and get a disc repair kit...
