I unsuccessfuly backed up GOW ( it froze at Pandora's Temple) on a DL disk because I didn't use the Toxic Dual Layer Patcher (which I discovered yesterday).

I have a DMS3 Mod chip. If I successfuly back up a game using the dual layer patcher, will it work?

And also, I created the image using DVD Decrypter so I get both an ISO and an MDS. Which image format do I use to patch with, the .iso or the .mds?

Thanks

if you use Toxic DL Patcher and patch the game
before burning it, i figure it will work.
That is if the chip is , which i figure it is.

you would most likely patch the ISO, then burn that.

you can patch it all you want
but it will only play with a DVD9 ready chip
not swap magic.
