right, recently I downloaded Winning eleven 9, but I am unsure about one of the files:
I don't understand the ".sfv" file in the bottom right corner.
I also have another problem which may be linked to the above:
I recently purchased a Swap Magic 3.6 Combo, I burned WE9 onto a DVD-r disc, I get as far as the game trying to load, the screen remains blank for about 20-30 seconds, then returns to the main PS2 menu where you have the option of selecting the memory crad or PS2 disc.
all you do is extract one of those WinRAR files, when u hav dun that u shud have an iso of the game, just burn it and ur away its an amazing game. hope this helps
an .sfv file is simply to check if the files you have downloaded are not corrupt with a hash checker. Some people prefer to use tools such as WinSFV that automatically compare the .sfv file with the headers of the files you have downloaded to make sure they're not corrupt.
If you open it in notepad, you can see it's just a text file, nothing big.
