Once you have the .VOB files, all you need to do is create your disc. I think your problem may be media or burn speed related. There are also some players that do not like movies without menues, so you could try some software that can do this.

As for burning the files, you need to have a DVD folder with two subfolders: AUDIO_TS folder and a VIDEO_TS folder (cAsE SeNsiTiVe). You should also have IFO & BUP files, ex: video_ts.ifo & video_ts.bup. These are made by the program that converts your movies.

Add all the files into the VIDEO_TS folder and then open your burning software. You will need to go into DVD Video mode. Drag and drop the folders and burn.

You can also download something like DVD Shrink and load the DVD Folder and change it to an ISO image.

You can also get Nero Vision Express. You can load your .VOB files and create menues and chapters. NVE may also be able to handle your mpeg4 files.

I use WinAVI to convert movies. I do not know if it does mpeg4, but you can test a trial version. Do not use this for a final Burn as it leaves an Ad in the middle of the screen until you register it.

Hi

I'm trying to burn a movie. It's in .VOB format. I've got three .VOB's, two .IFO's and two .BUP's. Which ones should I burn?

THE LOT !!!

a free route is to load to dvd shrink and hit backup - then it will burn with dvd decrypter, set in dvd shrink options (both apps free)

Nothing here to see, move along folks.
