hey all i recently acquired an avi of INITIAL-D with seperate subs now i've decoded the film with DIVXTODVD but im now stuck as i dont know how to put the subtitles into the film itself.. i've never tried before so am at a loss i really wanna know what they're saying to ;-)

The software i normally use is NERO, DIVXTODVD and DVDSHRINK I've just got DVD LAB but i dont know how to use that

Any help would be much appreciated and i'll see to it that santa remembers you at christmas

A simple way would be to use DVDSanta to encode (just paste the AVI along with the sub file), and Nero to burn.
