DMS 4 Lite Problem

I bought a pre modded console from MODWHIZ.COM Slimline PS2 W/ DMS 4 Lite. The unit worked for 3 weeks for a couple of hours a day. I gave it a day off tried to test a backup of madden 2006. The game worked.... after a while but it did work. I turned it off. When I returned 30 minutes later I tried to play outlaw tennis and the system would not boot up. I just get a black screen the disk spins and then stops. I have tried 3 different A/V cables same result, no picture no sound. Any Ideas?
