Ok. I've been doing this for quite sometime. Burned alot of movies. Just recently I had to build a new PC, So I reinstalled AnyDVD, DVD shrink, and Decrypter. Everything appears ok. NO error messages when using DVD shrink first, and then I burn the ISO image to the DVD with Decrypter. Now when I go and put the DVD into ANY dvd player, it does not play. Can anyone think of a solution????

Cheap media, and high burn speeds.

Am I right?

Use MCC verbatims or real TY's and burn at no more than 4x.

No.

I've always used TDK brand disc's burning at max speed without a problem.

I did notice that my firmware was outdated on my burner, which could be the cause.

It could be I would do an update to insure that your burner is recognizing the disks, and also try burning at a slower rate, it gives less errors. At least try it see if it makes a difference, it only takes a few minutes longer.

Also be aware that there is about a 50/50 chance of getting garbage made by cmc magnetics with TDK dvd+r's. You should be ok with their dvd-r's.
