Error with UDE and NDURE

I tried installing UDE ontop of what I believe to be an Ndure installation, and I think I may have messed it up

it boots with an error of 21, but still runs Autoinstaller Deluxe.

I've formatted and installed C a few times, with xboxdash and without, and i've tried ftp-ing dashes over to boot, but to no avail.
