Need Help to Fix Distorted Picture .avi

Hi, I'm just wondering if there is any way to fix the distorted frames u get sometimes when playing a .avi file, distorted is the word I would use anyway.

Its not an out of date codec, and I used DivX Repair but it said there we're no bad frames.
