Replacing audio tracks of movie dvds

Hello,

Not sure if this is really possible (I heard it was), but I would like to replace the audio track (say Spanish or a language that was not used) on one of my movies.

I want to do this for Wizard of Oz and Pink Floyd music, to sync them up. I could change the audio to spanish to play the pink floyd music.

What files are the audio? Can DVD Shrink reauthor do this task?
