I recently thought I was good enough to install a matrix infinity modchip into my Japanese SCPH-50000 PS2. Well, the SX point (Right near ground hotpoint) snapped in two pieces on me. On top of that my razorblade divider fell while I was soldering to the main chip causing solder to be evenly spread amongst several of the legs on the main chip effectively ruining any chance I had of salvaging the board.

I am now left with 2 Matrix Infinity Modchips and no desire to ever try installing chip again. All I want is my Japanese PS2 back. If you know where I can get JP V-10 mobo PLEASE POST! If I can get a working American motherboard that would be awesome too as I don't have a PS2 of either region now.

If you're interested in buying one of the chips Private Message me and I would be very happy to work something out. I got the chips from divineo and paid an OUTRAGEOUS amount for shipping. I'd be more than willing to pay shipping as I will never have a use for these chips. OR, better yet, if you have a working V-10 mobo and would like to trade PM me. I'm open for negotiation but would just like to make something out of this mess I've gotten myself into.
