I've read quite a bit about different backup methods but one straight out question I want to ask is this:
Is there any backup method at all that does not either involve:
a. a mod or any other type of chip
b. Swapping or having to use a particular cd like Gameshark
c. Avoids fiddling with the PS2 in general
To be honest I seriously doubt the answer will be yes but I'd reall appreiciate knowing either way.

Hi HELP HELP HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can anyone tell me in simple terms how to

burn psx2 games
put them onto cdr or dvd
what patching is

i have a ps2 with a mod chip and i use action replay v2, i used to get games on cdr and start action replay at the menu selected start with codes waited for the next screen then put the back up in and it worked fine - but since i can't get the games anymore i would like to know how to do it
i can get downloaded games in iso format and i know how to extract but i'm stuck on how to play them back as they are too big for a cdr and i can't get them to work on dvd - plus how do you make back ups of original games??????????????????????????????????????????????????

if anyone can help it be great

@ Luvgames : You're gonna need swapmagic, or a modchip, not Gameshark....
Gameshark can (as far as i know) only be used to boot up psx game backups.

i have searched i can't find the answer if anyone can help without getting upset then that would be great

hope i'm not offending anyone by asking this

i have a version 1 ps2, i have action replay v2
i was getting games on cdr and they worked fine by starting ar2 and swopping disc's on the start game menu

my question is
can i play dvd back ups?
if not then how do i get the dvd back up onto a cdr

hope someone can help

i have 'gamejack 5' dvd shrinker and dvd wizard pro 5 its costing me a fortune!
