ok guys so i really am toying with the idea of a clear case for my PS2, but then i said hell if i do that i have to do it in style with LED's but i dont know where i can find light kits for the PS2 i can only seem to find X-Box light kits, n e help would be great thanks :)

hey thanks i have a clear case on order from www.clearxbox.com and what not but thats not what i am looking for thanks for the effort, i am looking for lights for the inside of my console to make it really stand out , i cant find them for n e thing but x-box is there n e way i can use the x-box lights in my PS2 or am i SOL

i want to say that they should be interchangable considering i know the ps2 converts the 110ac to 12vdc and if i remember the xbox does the same thing, which makes them easy to install in vehicles by bypassing the converters, so my guess would be no problem, but check the xbox forums or something to see what their voltage is inside as well.

how hard was the install i just put in my order for it i wanna get like a pacer light or something i can change colors with and have it run patterns and such sorta like x-mas lights but not really lol .

It wasn't hard to install really... just unscrew the bottom screws, replace the top and bottom and the panel the fan and on switch in the back fits into... and screw everything back together... plus you have to take the top off of the cd-drive so you can insert the games from the fliptop. If you need better instructions I'll be glad to help... the instructions on the site don't help much... I just figured it all out myself... hardest thing to replace is the panel on the front of the cd-tray.
