i have 4 seasons of famil guy on my computer. there 56 files. each file is about 160mb in avi then i converted them into mpeg and now there 350mb. i want to kno is there any way to compress them so i can fit more on the dvd. cuz at this rate i can only have like 7 files on 1 dvd.

also, if i could put more then 1 season could i make a screen that says season 1 and season 2 then if i click season 1 all the spisodes from season1 play and click season 2 all the episodes on season 2 play.

hope all that made sense. let me know asap thanks

so you dont want to make dvd compliant vobs etc just keep as mpeg2? does your dvd player work with those files?

as mpeg2 converted to vobs (dvd) get bigger also

Nothing here to see, move along folks.

do you have Nero vision express? You should bebale to inport the AVI files in and make a DVD of them even if there larger then a DVD5 you can still make it and then use recode2 or DVD Shrink to shrink the DVD to fit

you would make the DVD with all the AVI files you want on it with nerovision. You need to place the DVD that Nerovision is making onto your hard drive. It will warn you that it isnt DVD5 complient cause its to big but ignore that. Let nerovision do its work by making the DVD.

Now open the DVD that nerovision makes into DVD Decryptor or recode2 so you can shrink it to fit onto a DVD5 disc. Then burn

I dont think so. You will have to probablt have each episode as a menu item in Nero Vision. you might not even get all the episodes on 1 DVD if it gets to big. I mean most DVD of telivsion shows has 4 episodes on each DVD anything more then that the quility might get to low.

All you can do is try it and see what the quility is like with all the episodes
