CDLoader with Dragonball Z Budokai 3

I've downloaded dragonball z budokai 3. It was in a rar file and in that there was'nt an iso but just the game files.
Now my swap magic 3.3 says not a valid ps2 disc. I've seen on swapmagicfix.com that you need a CDLoader.
Then first you have to start youre swap magic cd disc and swap it with the cdloader. But i dont have a swap magic cd disc. Just a dvd disc.
My ps2 version is: SCPH 30004.
What do i have to do to play this game?
