Greetings o kind, knowledgeable and most helpful ones. Purchased Motorola V220, purchased usb cord. Cannot get it to work in downloading (or anything else for that matter) pics from my phone to my computer. I don't even know if any other lovely features are available. Cingular claims, "We'll get back to you with the information..." NOT. Can someone guide me in the correct direction please.

I mean really, the instruction book makes NO MENTION of the usb port on the side of the phone! What's up with that?
