Hello
I recently got a Sharkport, and I installed it onto the my computer and it works fine on my PS2 (the CD)

However, I gotten a save file for a game and i transferred it from my computer to my ps2 memory card but it doesnt seem to recognise it when i load the game. But when I go into my memory card manager (the thing when there is no disc in the PS2).

The Sharkport file is there, with the shark logo.

Also this is a PAL PS2, I have been getting the PAL/Euro save files on my memory card.

Is there anything I am doing wrong?
Can anyone help?

*edit* - I tried a GTA San Andreas Euro save file and it said Corrupt File on the Load Screen for GTA San Andreas.

are you using an authentic PS2 memory card along side your sharkport?... i personally havent used this but i have been interested in purchasing one myself in the past. i DO though have a solution i found for like 8 bucks.. it's called "Mega memory"... basically a 16MB memory card with PS2 software which also allows me to compress game saves on it so in the long run it's like a backup drive for me. what i'm getting at though, is the PS2 doesnt recognize my "mega memory" memory card either, and i'm thinking cuz it is 3rd party. i believe it's sony's way of making more $$$ which usually seems to work. so my only solution is to keep an authentic ps2 memory card in card slot ONE and my other in slot TWO.. and transfer the files over to card one as needed and backup unused saves to my 3rd party card .. make sense i'm like half there today.. good luck any questions post back i'll be happy to reword for ya..
