DVD DESCRYPTOR- 100% successful?

hello,
i wanted to know if dvd descryptor is always 100% successful or does it fail sometimes when you try to write a ps2 game on to a disk?

Yeah its always successful at reading and writing to disk as long as the disks are clean!

My disks are perfectly clean but dvd descryptor just reads it but cant fully write the game. Why is this?

not sure. I have used it for years and have had 100%
success rate. The only games you will have problems with
are ones that may require patching or rebuilding. And they
will burn fine, they just won't play.
Or of course trying to burn a dual layer game like
God Of War to a regular DVD.
What brand DVD's are you burning to?
What speed are they?
What error message is it giving you?
What game is it?
