Settings to RIP Jet Li's The One

Are there any special settings in DVD Decrypter to rip Jet Li's The One? DVDShrink locks up on it and Decrypter complains about errors right after the disc is inserted. Once ripping has started, it dies at about 36 to 37% and won't go any further.

If you are getting an I/O error with Decrypter try cleaning your disk or return it for another it is probably a damaged disk.

Ok, thanks. It will play in a standard DVD player and pops up a menu when inserted into a PC that says "To play this movie, click Cancel and start up your DVD software". Otherwise, I do get an I/O error with Decrypter and it'll lock up a system trying to use DVDShrink.
