Uzimaki Ninden Patching Problem

I was wanting to know if anyone can help me make my version of Naruto:Uzimaki Ninden playable on PS2, I have made the image file , however when i go to play the game, using swap magic, the game is in black and white

I used a NTSC->PAL Patch program to change it so that it would be in colour, and this worked apart from the fact that the image had moved up on the screen and there was a large black Gap at the bottom

I also used PS2 PAL TO NTSC PATCHER WITH Y-FIX V1.06 BETA But to no avail, as the game didnt seem to patch at all, it stayed in black and white AND the image moved up....both problems at once

Can Someopne please help me to patch this game properly
