I don?t know if this is the right place to post this but I don?t know any were else to turn. I just photo a wedding using my canon 20d. The Laxar Compact flash I used just stopped working. It gave me an error on the camera then it stopped letting me write to the flash card. Now when I put the card in my camera it says no images. When I put the card on in my flash card reader, USB to my computer, it will not even read the drive. I have tried badcopy pro and it looked as if it was reading the drive. The card reader was blinking and it said total sectors 3362240 ?sorry, no recoverable files found.? I know my data is on there because I seen it on my camera while I was shooting. I cannot even write to the drive eather. I have win xp. One more thing I did have this problem before from someone else that had the Laxar compact flash 1G but I did not know there was something wrong with the card. A friend ask me to format his card that?s all because I had a card reader. I put it in my computer USB flash card reader and it would not read the drive. I was doing something else so I really was not trying to fix his card but I had to reboot my computer and XP seen that the drive was bad and fixed it. Same kind of card but his is a 1G. After I seen the computer reboot again I looked at the drive for the card and it worked. I really did not think anything of it. But now I have rebooted my computer and it takes a log time to come up but it has not fixed my card. If anyone could please help I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!!
