can anyone tell me whats the best video converter out there right now im using cucusoft to convert avi to dvd's the i send it to the mpeg to dvd converter which makes the vob files then i send it to clone dvd to make the dvd is there any way to use just a converter that also makes the vob files and clone dvd to save time please help me out thank you

Try VSO DivXtoDVD (free version). It's free, and works effectively for converting videos of popular formats (e.g. mpeg, avi) to dvd compliant format (with Audio_TS and Video_TS folders) for burning.

Maybe you also can have a try on winavi video converter which does the conversion quite fast, and also with ultra quality.
