whats the difference between DVD+ and DVD- ?
my computer has both + and - so what does that mean ?
what kind of blank DVD's do i buy ?

There really is no difference between the 2 except the older DVD Players prefer the - format and the + DVD's if your burner can you can bitset the +DVD so that the Player thinks it is a DVD-Rom and thus more compatible w/ the + DVD Players. If your DVD Player can only play - DVD's then you have to use that format as it will not recog. the + format.
Purchase Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden or Ritek blank media as they are usually the better media. Go to Newegg.com or mediasuperstore.com or meritline.com and you will see the blank media there

Well there really is a difference in size as the -DVD's will hold a little more info but the difference is miniscule
