Hello I have been trying to burn Madden 2005 and mortal kombat on a blank dvd-r media using a pioneerDVR-106D DVD pc recorder. Also these are ps2 games. I'm using software RecordNow Max Stomp INC. by Veritas version 4.50. I build a global image and save it to the hard drive, and then I burn it to the dvd-r; however, should i be using a dvd+r media instead of using a dvd-r media disc? Has sony put some kind of security measures in those games? I use to be able to burn those sony ps2 games all of them without any problems at all. Was kindly wondering if anybody could please help me out with questions on the issues I have asked about. Thank you very much for your time everybody.

Use software DVD Decrypter thats the easiest software to use for burning PS2 games

All you do is: -

1- Put the game in the DVD drive

2- Open up DVD decrypter

3- Click on the "MODE" tab and select ISO "READ"
This will bring up the information of the Game like how big it is

4- Select the browse icon and select were you want the .ISO images to be placed (I Usually use the desktop), Then hit the button and the bottom and away it goes

5- When this is completed, select the "MODE" tab again and go to ISO "WRITE"

6- click the browse button again and select the Image you just created

7- Select the write speed in the bottom right corner (**USE 1x ONLY**)

8- Then Insert and Blank DVD(+/-) into the DVD Drive (**try to use brands like sony or verbatim as they are the best**)

9- NOW hit the button at the bottom of the screen again and the game should start to burn.
