so i used the soft mod for evox and then i accidently deleted a file so now its showing error message 16. I tried to follow some other fourm w/ another modded xbox but it didnt work. so any advice please let me know asap

There are two options you have to fix your xbox:

Contact Sadalius, a member on this forum, http://www.teammodders.com He created a disc that you can run on your Xbox to get it back to it's original state.
