I have had no problems with connecting my phone to my laptop using MPT and win XP. What I recently needed was a low connecting speed, Free connection to the internet. I have not been sussessful yet, and have read tons of threads and haven't found the answer yet. My lap top starts dialing out and then stops and staarts redialing. I'm not shure if it's because it hasn't detected a dial tone?
