Sorry if this question has been asked before but no luck in searches
Hi, i really want to get a modchip in my ps2. from what i have read here, DMS4 Pro/Lite is overall the best. But where i live and the modchip store i go to has a recommended store only chip called H20 ChipMod. I want one instead of haveing to swap disks with swapmagic every time i wanna play. They say they charge like 150 to instal the chip in the ps2. I would never pay that. If not a solderer, but me and my dad coul get it. Can somebody give me a site with images where i have to solder what points to what for the DMS4 and H20 ChipMod. And if i get it can you tellme what kind of firmware that need to be installed.

As for chips, i'd go with the DMS4 Pro.
I think 150 bucks *in any currency* is a lot for a modchip imho, i payed like 100 per chip, including installation. As for firmware, DMS4 uses Toxic Bios.
That's about all i can tell you, hope it's usefull in some way :)

OK here is what I have made out for H20 as I am currently trying to install one on my console. 'Y' on board connects to 'A' tab on H20. 'SCEX' on board connects to 'SX' tab on H20. I am just lost as to where to connect 'F' as highlighted on board to which H20 tab.

I've got the same modchip and I'm about to embark on the modding of my PS2. How is it going for yourself? Did you get it finished? Any tricks or anything that you figured out?
