How do I burn a downloaded DVD-R file to a DVD Disk?

Using Nero? What should I do after I open the "Nero StartSmart"?

NOTE: I downloaded a movie from some webstie (with the Video_TS folder) I want to burn this movie to a DVD-R Disk. Any suggestions? Thanks A LOT!

Assuming you have the whole movie (.VOB, .IFO, & .BUP files) then you can burn it with Nero if it isnt to big. Check out this guide
