Burning A PS1 Game (Not another noob repeat)

OK i have a PS1 Game that i have on my pc. IT comes in 4 file types, CCD, CUE, SUB, and IMG. I have read around this forum and have been told to use a program like Fantom CD or Alcohol to burn the CCD or CUE image onto a CD. so i do this with alcohol -> burn image wizard -> "Select image to record" so i select the CUE or CCD file -> ok this screen shows a bunch of burning options i can change but at the bottom there is a list showing data types i can choose so i choose "Play Station" -> It burns and completes succesfully -> Put the PS1 Game CD into MY PS2 and my PS2 says "Insert a PS2 Disc" or something like that. But basically it doesnt recognize the disc as a PS2/PS1 Disc so i came here asking for help. Any information on getting this to work would be appreciated.

Do you have any kind of mod in your ps2 if not no matter how you copy a game it wont load.

no i don't have a mod :( is there one i can get for free, or is it like something u have to attach to your PS2, or can i jsut use my PS1, also give me a website to fill me in :)

there is no way to play it for free unless you have a V9 ps2 and install an exploit to your memory card ( www.exploitstation.com ) your ps1 would play it if it has a mod but if it doesnt then no.
