Help please
I've downloaded any kind of mobile phone tools and usb drivers,it doesn't work.I have followed the steps,it doesnt work. My problem is:

MPT start correctly, it recognize the phone(display the operator and display that the line is ok), all the function are ok, or seem to be ok. When I try to use the multimedia center, the program blocks displaying the hourglass. The strange thing is that after the installation at the first time I have used this function without any problem. it has worked once. When I have started again my PC and accessing to MPT the PC has blocked and an error message that spoke of problems on the drivers has appeared. Now I can never explore the phone.Somebody can help me please.Thanks.
