I have dvd shrink running well on my computer. I have tried downloading it for a friend and it just wont work. She has the same computer as I and all the same things on her computer. Hers will encode then back up but the disk wont come out so that we can put in a blank one PLEASE HELP

Can u please post the error that u get or post the error log..thanxs that will help figure out where the exact problem is occuring...
