I am having a hard time trying to back up mortal kombat using dvd decryptor and nero. On both of the programs they keep having reading errors before even getting to the burning part of the process. The original disc itself is in perfect shape, can anyone help me out with this?

I have a samsung dvd-rom and DVD-RW drive in my computer, i'm using HP Invent DVD+R discs for burning the game onto. My original copy of Mortal Kombat works just fine on my ps2 with my dms3 modchip on and off.

Also I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a sticky thread, or topic thread on how to rebuild The Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction and burn it.
