CD Loader question

Hi I downloaded the CD loader patch for true crime streets of LA from swapmagic fix and burned it to a disk. Do i need to download and burn the cd loader program for every game that needs to be fixed or can I just use the same disk I burned with each game that needs to be patched?

for most games you can just use the same disc unless stated otherwise....but there are different versions of CD/DVD Loader...so I just put all of them on the same disc...and presto ,only had to burn 1 disc...

well...yes and no you can burn the image to either or start cd loader than eject disc and insert a dvd game than swap for backup...it is easier to have a CD and a DVD though.. that way you don't have to swapthat extra time. lokk here if I've confused you http://www.swapmagicfix.com/cdloader.html

Also there is a fairly new loader out called zone loader...I have a CD and a DVD of it...but I haven't really messed around with it much.......

yeah it is overwhelming at first...they say that you only have to use the loaders with older versions of swap magic...but there are a few newer games i use them with...also I use them when using action replay cheats with a backup game.......

well Devil may cry 1 comes to mind also...but than again some people tell me that they don't use any loader to play it....maybe I have a smart alec PS2 :)
and when I still had my v7 PS2 ( I've got a v9 now) I had to use it for Max Payne come to think of it....

luckgh0st do you think the swapmagic3.6 will work with ps3 ? if its backwards compatible with ps2 games?

Hmmmmm...it's though to say...I know Breaker Pro works on PS2 and it was meant for PS1.....but then again, Sony could've tightened their copy protection or boot methods...but I think either way someone, somewhere will find a way around it.... where there's a will there's a way.....

I think swap magic will stop at 4.0 and then the rest will be for ps3
